    PRODUCTION STAFF  

    Job Summary

    To work on chocolate enrober, as well as assembly line work. Perform general daily cleaning. Performs miscellaneous tasks and other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Interpersonal Skills Pleasant Attitude, Work as a team member, be a team member and be efficient, keep up with the speed of the enrober and/or the speed of the fudge cook.

    Personal hygiene should reflect hair up, no jewelry, no perfume, and a cleanly appearance. If you have a beard it must be covered.

    Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

    Must be able to stand for a long period of time.


    KITCHEN PREP 

    Job Summary

    To work on chocolate enrober, as well as assembly line work. To work in Fudge Kitchen requires you to be able to lift 75-100 pounds. Fill and keep ingredients full for the production cook. This requires sugar buckets to be kept full. You must keep utensils clean and available for the kitchen. Perform general daily cleaning. Performs miscellaneous tasks and other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Interpersonal Skills Pleasant Attitude, Work as a team member, be a team member and be efficient, keep up with the speed of the enrober and/or the speed of the fudge cook.

    RETAIL CLERK 

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
    Helping customers, performing projects assigned to you by manager, filling chocolate and fudge trays, filling products in on the retail store floor displays, perform miscellaneous tasks and other related duties as assigned.

     

    Working in our Retail Stores you are required to work Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Easter Sunday.

     

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Interpersonal skills, pleasant attitude, courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job.  Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization.  Cooperative with Retail Manager. 

     

    Other Skills:
    Must be able to make change, use registers and scales. 

     

    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.  Must be able to stand for a long period of time and interact with customers.
