We ship Monday through Thursday to ensure freshness and to avoid our fine confections sitting in a shipping warehouse for the weekend.

Winfrey's Fudge & Chocolates only ships to the lower 48 states. For shipping requirements to Alaska, Hawaii, or foreign country deliveries, please call us toll free 888.946.3739.

Shipping Rates:
We ship our products via UPS, using the rates provided to us from UPS.
Package weight, shipping distance and the UPS service selected determines the shipping cost.

Winfrey's Fudge & Chocolates does not insure the quality or speed of delivery by any of our shipping vendors.
We will add a $10.00 fee to re-ship products returned to us with the wrong address.

Winfrey's Fudge & Chocolates Warm Weather Shipping:
Chocolate's melting point is about 100°F (36°C) although softening occurs at about around 80°F (26°C). Given chocolate's reaction to warmth and heat, special care must be taken when shipping chocolate during the summer months.

Warm weather shipping is required above 75°F
For the months of May through October or when the temperature warrants we recommend that all of our chocolate products be shipped in an insulated container with ice packs in order to prevent the chocolate from melting during the shipping process. The “warm weather” packing will protect the chocolate for 2 days under normal circumstances. Winfrey's Fudge & Chocolates will add a $10.00 handling charge to orders (not necessary for shipment of fudge and taffy) that require ice and special packing. We will notify you before we ship when this is necessary.

Please note:
Our fudge, caramel corn, and brittles have no special packaging requirements. Only our chocolates have special packaging and delivery requirements because of the possibility of heat affecting the appearance, quality and taste.

Shipping To PO Boxes:
FPO & APO. We ship packages to Post Office Boxes, FPO & APO address via USPS (United States Post Office).

Returns:
We are sorry, but for health and safety reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund, unless it is damaged in transit. Winfrey's guarantees only the freshest stock available.

Shipping costs for orders placed in our retail stores will vary from online orders.
