• Information above applies to one plate. (Add $75.00 for additional plate)
• Good Black and White artwork must be provided.
• Only high quality 'Camera Ready Art' will be accepted. (laser, velox or photostat). 
• No color or gray scale prints. 
• No Faxed art.
